2. No Visa Guarantee
   We do not guarantee approvals. Visa decisions rest solely with embassies/consulates.
   Our role is limited to providing guidance, document review, and consultancy support.
   
   
3. Fees & Payments
   Consultancy fees are separate from government/embassy fees.
   Payments once made are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
   
   
4. Client Responsibility
   Clients must provide accurate, complete information and documents.
   Any misrepresentation or omission is the client’s liability.
   
   
5. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for embassy delays, rejections, or additional requirements.
   We are not responsible for damages arising from visa denials.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property
   All site content and branding belong to Continental Immigration and cannot be reused without permission.
   
   
7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by Indian law.
