Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are designed to balance fairness with the resources invested in consultancy.
- Before Service Starts
Clients may receive a partial refund (administrative fees deducted) if cancellation is requested before services begin. - After Service Begins
Once consultancy work (document review, application preparation, etc.) has started, fees are non-refundable. - Third-Party Fees
Embassy, government, courier, and VFS fees are separate and non-refundable. - Requesting Cancellation
Clients must send cancellation requests via email to support@continentalimmigration.co.in with proof of payment. - Refund Processing
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancelling consultancy services does not cancel applications already submitted to embassies. Clients must contact the embassy directly for such withdrawals.
