Refund Policy

At Continental Immigration, we value transparency and fairness in our consultancy services. Our fees cover professional time, documentation guidance, and application support.

Since consultancy involves effort and expertise from the moment work begins, fees are generally non-refundable once services have started. However, refunds may apply in specific cases:

1. Duplicate Transactions
2. Service Not Initiated
3. Pre-Service Cancellations

Please Note:

• Embassy/government/VFS fees are separate and are non-refundable.
• Visa approval is strictly the embassy/consulate’s decision; consultancy fees are not refundable in cases of refusal.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@continentalimmigration.co.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
